By joining our model appointment waiting list, we will reach out when there are model opportunities that arise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a nonrefundable payment once you are scheduled for your appointment 
• The fee to be a model will be $150 for cover product costs only.
• No blood thinners, such as caffeine, coffee, tea, soda, alcohol, smoking, or painkillers 72 hours before the appointment.
• Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.
• NO botox in lip area or lip fillers 90 days prior to the procedure
• If you suffer from cold sores, you need to take Acyclovir at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment and continue to take it until you are done healing
• No antibiotics 2 months prior
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must submit information if you are on any medications
• Must not have any skin conditions around the lip area
