REQUIREMENTS
- No previous eyeliner tattoo
- Must remove eyelash extensions
- If contacts are worn, they must be removed during the procedure
- Must be 18+ years older
- Must not have any skin conditions in the eye area
- Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
- Must email if you are on prescribed medicine
